focused, two-hour in-home consultation to help prepare your property for sale and ensure it presents at its best to potential buyers. During the consultation we’ll walk through the home together and review each space from a buyer’s perspective, discussing decluttering, furniture placement, layout adjustments, styling, lighting, and simple updates that can enhance the overall presentation of the home. A design assistant attends to take detailed notes during the walkthrough, and you’ll receive a written summary afterward outlining the recommended changes room by room so you have a clear action plan before listing.
